For grooming drop-offs, please allow approximately 4–6 hours before pickup. This is a recommended pickup window, not a guaranteed completion time. Quick services, such as nail grinding, are exceptions.
Appointment lengths displayed in Square are internal tracking and drop-off slots; they do not promise when grooming will be finished.
If your pet comes in with fleas, we will automatically use a flea shampoo and charge you according to the severity of the infestation. No exceptions.
A matting fee will be charged if your pet comes in matted. The amount depends on the severity of the matting.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled service incur a $30 fee per dog. This must be paid before the next appointment can be scheduled.
